Who we are

Berta Duran Matamala has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and is a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico (American Bar Association). She also has a Master's degree in International Business Law from the Institut Superior de Dret i Economia -Law and Economics Institute- (Les Heures-Universitat de Barcelona) and a Psychology Degree (UOC -Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).

Berta has been associated with the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB) since 2005 as well as most recently with the Bar Association of Girona. In addition she has obtained the Diploma of Professional Aptitude (DAP) approved by the Council of the Catalan Bar Association -CICAC - and the General Council of the Spanish Bars -CGAE-.

Before founding BD Lawyers, Berta has worked as a lawyer since 2005 in the law firms of Baker & McKenzy and Pinto Ruiz & Del Valle, ... Whether directly or through its partners, BD Lawyers offers a wide range of services.
